01Why choose the P4 over the M2?
The M2 remains a powerhouse for indoor immersive tours. The P4 doubles the range, has a larger 4/3-inch sensor and outputs 24K panoramas, making it the choice for outdoor environments, large assets and high-end architectural documentation.
02What’s in the box?
The scanner, a multi-voltage charger, a protective carrying case, a tripod and a quick start guide, with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
03Who handles warranty claims?
The Galois P4 comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from Realsee. If you buy through Kybos, contact us about a fault and we will handle our seller obligations and coordinate any manufacturer warranty. If you buy on the Realsee store, contact Realsee as the seller.
04Can I buy directly from Realsee?
Yes. With the Kybos referral link, the P4 is US$5,499 for the Standard bundle (50 credits) or US$5,999 for Premium (300 credits) on the Realsee store. Register with Kybos first so your credits are applied. Buying through Kybos instead, from AU$9,499 inc GST, means an AUD invoice, Australian onboarding and local support.
