OUR ORIGIN
Kybos started as Aerial Perspectives Australia in 2018 — a drone and aerial photography business. Over time, the work pulled us somewhere else entirely. Builders needed verifiable records. Developers needed documentation that would hold up in a dispute. Architects needed accurate spatial baselines before design started. Aerial shots weren't the answer. 3D laser scanning was.
THE NAME
Kybos comes from the Greek κύβος — cube — the perfect geometric solid and the foundation of three-dimensional space. Every site we capture becomes a precise, measurable volume of data. The name does the work.
