Across Tweed, Byron, Ballina and Lismore, dilapidation reporting is commonly attached as a condition of consent where excavation, piling or demolition is happening near an existing structure. Conditions typically call for a record before work starts and another once it's finished, so the two can be compared.
Kybos doesn't write those reports and doesn't assess condition. That's for a qualified, independent inspector or engineer. We capture the site, and they work from the data.
