STANDARD DELIVERY
TAKING OVER
You're responsible for the work the day you take the keys.
A job stalls, a builder walks, an insurer steps in, and someone new picks it up. From that moment, the incoming party owns everything on site, including whatever the last one got wrong.
Months later a defect surfaces and the question is when it happened. Before the takeover, or after? Without a dated record from the day you arrived, that's an argument you can't win.
A capture draws the line before you lift a tool.

DELIVERABLE
What existing conditions capture delivers.

01 / 04
What you're taking on, before you touch it
Walking onto a job someone else started means inheriting their work and, potentially, their defects. A dated 3D record of the site the day you take it over draws a clear line between what was there when you arrived and what happened on your watch.
02 / 04
Done versus outstanding
A measurable record of exactly how far the build got. What's complete, what's roughed in, what's still open. The reference everyone works from when scoping the remaining works and settling what the last party actually finished.

03 / 04
Insurance claims, on the record
When a build stalls, burns, floods or changes hands, the insurer needs to see the state of it. A complete, dated capture gives the claim a measurable basis instead of a description, and it can be shared on a link without anyone flying out to look.
The dispute that comes with a handover
Two builders, one site, and a question about who's responsible for what. A dated capture at the point of handover settles it against a record rather than two conflicting accounts of how the site looked that day.

READ THIS FIRST
Capture, not assessment.
Kybos records the condition of the site. We don't assess quality, judge completeness, or determine who's liable for what. That's for the builder, superintendent, assessor or insurer.
What we do is give every one of them the same dated record to work from.
