WHAT SETS THE PRICING
Priced by the size of the job.
Capture is quoted on floor area, starting at $520. The bigger the project, the lower the rate per square metre. Everything else adjusts the quote from there.

Stages factor
The main driver. Capture is quoted per square metre, and the rate drops as the area grows, so a bigger job costs less per m².
Every stage is the same rate. Book the build as a package and the rate comes down across the stages, so the whole job costs less than booking each one separately.
Deliverables
A walkthrough is standard. Point cloud, scan-to-BIM and drone add to the scope when you need them.
Location
Standard across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Northern Rivers. Travel applies further out and is quoted up front.
