KYBOS is an Australian reality-capture company specialising in construction 3D capture, point cloud surveys, scan-to-BIM, digital twins and immersive 3D walkthroughs. Operating since 2018 (rebranded to KYBOS in 2026), we use 3D laser scanning and drone capture to create accurate, timestamped records of buildings and sites for builders, architects, engineers, councils, asset managers and property owners across South East Queensland, the Northern Rivers and Melbourne.

Priority 3D construction capture is delivered in as little as 12 hours (12–24h priority, 24–36h standard). Scan-to-BIM and more complex projects take longer and are quoted per project; on-site capture itself is usually 1–4 hours. Fast turnaround matters when a pour, plaster date or inspection locks the window to capture evidence.

KYBOS captures at centimetre-grade accuracy — typically 10–20mm on most jobs, tightening to 5–10mm on more point cloud survey projects that need higher precision. We match the method to your tolerance at quote stage.

KYBOS is based in Tweed Heads on the NSW–Queensland border and services the Gold Coast, South East Queensland (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba), the Northern Rivers (Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore) and Melbourne — with mobile field units for rapid deployment, plus national and South Pacific coverage for larger projects.

Construction 3D walkthroughs are viewable in any web browser. Point cloud data in industry-standard E57, RCP, LAS and XYZ, plus any agreed deliverables — scan-to-BIM Revit models (LOD 200–400), CAD drawings (DWG/DXF), floor plans, elevations.
